1. General Sales Policy
All purchases made through Locke’s are handled on a case-by-case basis by a member of staff. Prices, availability, specifications and estimated delivery or collection times may vary depending on the item, service, supplier or client request.
An item is not considered reserved, secured or sold until a member of staff has confirmed the order and any required payment or deposit has been received. Saving a piece to your wishlist or bag does not reserve stock.
A website order record or a successful Fleeca payment records your request and payment; it does not by itself confirm that staff have accepted a reservation, checked every special requirement or arranged handover. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the unfulfilled-order provisions below apply.
Locke’s may refuse or cancel a transaction where there are concerns about payment, conduct, stock availability, false information or misuse of our services. We will explain the next steps for any payment already received.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that item descriptions, references, specifications, materials, sizes, movements, conditions and imagery are accurate. Variations may occur, especially with pre-owned, vintage, special-order, sourced, customised or individually inspected pieces.
Photographs, screens and lighting can affect the appearance of colours, finishes and scale. Product photographs and descriptive gem or metal specifications relate to the represented in-game piece. Packaging, documents, spare links, accessories and matching pieces are included only where expressly listed or confirmed by staff.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions before committing to a purchase. Please confirm your intended size, fit and any feature that is essential to your decision. Our team will do its best to provide clear and accurate information.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices shown with a dollar symbol are in-game United States dollars. The amount shown for your checkout is the amount submitted to Fleeca for that payment request. Any separate service, alteration or delivery charge must be agreed before it is incurred.
Items listed or discussed with Locke’s are subject to availability. Some pieces may sell, be withdrawn, become unavailable or require additional sourcing time before an order can be completed. Locke’s does not guarantee availability until the item has been formally confirmed by staff.
If we identify a material price or description error, we will contact you before proceeding on corrected terms. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If you do not accept the correction, or we cannot supply the agreed item, contact the team to arrange cancellation and the return of any payment for the unfulfilled item. A catalogue update does not silently alter an already agreed order price.
4. Reservations and Holds
Locke’s may allow items to be placed on hold at staff discretion. The item, duration of the hold, amount due and any deposit conditions must be agreed with the team. A hold does not guarantee ownership unless a deposit or full payment has been agreed and received.
If a client fails to respond, complete payment or collect within the agreed timeframe, Locke’s may release the item for general sale. Contact us before a deadline if your circumstances change. Releasing an item does not automatically forfeit money already paid; any deposit or cancellation decision will be handled under the terms agreed for that reservation.
5. Deposits
A deposit may be required for a reservation, sourced item, special request, appointment, servicing, customised work or higher-value order. Before payment, staff should confirm the amount, what it secures, any balance due and when work or sourcing will begin.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once agreed work, sourcing, preparation, inspection or ordering has begun. Refunds or partial refunds outside any applicable entitlement may be offered at Locke’s discretion, taking account of the work undertaken and the conditions agreed with you.
We will not treat a deposit as non-refundable merely because a website request has been created. If Locke’s cannot fulfil the agreed request, or an applicable right requires a refund, the relevant unfulfilled-order or refund provisions apply. The website checkout currently requests full payment for the items in your bag; a separate deposit arrangement must be confirmed directly by staff.
6. Special Orders and Sourced Items
Special-order, sourced, rare, limited, pre-owned, vintage, customised or client-requested items are handled individually. Staff will confirm the specification, price, deposit or payment requirements, and any cancellation restrictions before committing to the request.
Once confirmed, these orders may not be eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund after the agreed sourcing or work has begun, unless Locke’s is unable to fulfil the agreed request or an applicable right requires otherwise.
Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier availability, inspection, authentication, delivery, servicing or other external factors. We will discuss a material change to the agreed item, cost or work before proceeding.
7. Payments
Payment must be completed using an approved method accepted by Locke’s. Online checkout requires a Locke’s account and directs you to Fleeca for separate bank authorisation. Use only a payment account you are entitled to use and check the amount and merchant before authorising payment.
Items remain Locke’s property until payment has been received in full, subject to any rights that apply. Locke’s may decline payment where there are concerns about legitimacy, incorrect details, third-party payment issues or suspicious activity.
A return from Fleeca, a bank screenshot or an “Awaiting payment” order does not by itself confirm cleared payment. Locke’s checks the bank’s confirmation before marking the order Paid. Payment and collection progress are separate statuses.
If Fleeca shows payment completed but Locke’s has not updated, keep your order number and contact the team before paying again. Do not send your banking password or recovery credentials.
When checkout is labelled sandbox or test, no in-game money moves and the order is not a live purchase. A successful sandbox payment does not entitle a client to collect the displayed item.
8. Collection and Delivery
Where applicable, collection or delivery arrangements will be agreed with the client before completion. Our showroom is at Unit #2, Rockford Mall, San Andreas, United States of America, with entry via Taco Bell. Consult our Delivery & Collection page and the details confirmed by staff for your order.
Clients are responsible for making sure collection details, delivery information, contact information and availability are accurate. Please wait until the team confirms that the item is ready and any appointment or handover arrangements are agreed. The person collecting must be the client or an authorised recipient agreed with staff.
Locke’s is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect client information, missed appointments, third-party delivery delays or non-response where those matters are outside our reasonable control. Tell us promptly about a problem so we can help resolve it.
Delivery and collection refer to the in-game service. An uncollected paid item will be reviewed with the client; these terms do not authorise automatic disposal of a client’s property or forfeiture of the full purchase price.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Requests for a change-of-mind return or exchange are handled at Locke’s discretion unless a specific arrangement was agreed or an applicable right requires otherwise. Contact the team with your order number, the item and the reason for your request before returning it.
A change-of-mind return or exchange may be refused if an item has been worn, altered, damaged, resized, customised, serviced elsewhere, tampered with or supplied as a special-order item. Pre-owned, vintage, sourced, personalised, customised and client-requested pieces may be final sale where this was confirmed before purchase.
Any agreed return should include the supplied packaging, documents, certificates and accessories, and should be in the agreed condition. Staff will confirm the handover arrangements and any approved refund or exchange. The website does not issue an automatic refund simply because an order is hidden or removed from a staff list.
These change-of-mind restrictions do not remove a valid remedy for an item that is not as agreed, a fault for which Locke’s is responsible, a payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil, or any rights that cannot be excluded.
10. Condition and Inspection
Relevant items are inspected before sale or handover where reasonably possible. Pre-owned and vintage pieces may show signs of age, wear, polishing, servicing, restoration or previous ownership.
Known major condition notes will be disclosed where applicable. Natural signs of age, use or minor cosmetic wear should be expected on older or pre-owned pieces where consistent with the stated condition. Please inspect the item and supplied accessories at handover and raise any concern promptly.
If you believe an item differs from its agreed condition, retain the receipt and relevant photographs or records and contact the team. An inspection opportunity does not remove a right relating to an undisclosed issue that could not reasonably have been identified at handover.
11. Authenticity and Provenance
Locke’s takes authenticity seriously and will make reasonable checks before offering an item for sale. We will not knowingly sell counterfeit goods.
Where papers, certificates, boxes, receipts, service records or provenance are included, this will be stated clearly. If such items are not listed or confirmed, they should not be assumed to be included. A product reference or descriptive specification is not itself a separately issued certificate.
Authenticity, provenance and certification descriptions refer to the in-game item and the documentation expressly supplied with it. The store’s roleplay brands and styling do not create an affiliation with a real-world manufacturer.
12. Warranty and Aftercare
Warranty coverage, where applicable, depends on the item, brand, age, condition, supplier and nature of the sale. Staff will confirm the coverage, duration, exclusions and claim route applicable to your piece.
Some items may include a remaining manufacturer, store, limited or service warranty; others may carry no additional voluntary warranty. Do not assume every product has the same coverage because a general guide describes a particular brand or service.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, incorrect operation, unauthorised repairs, neglect, modification or accidental damage is not covered by a voluntary warranty unless otherwise agreed. These exclusions do not remove a remedy that applies independently of that voluntary warranty.
Keep your receipt and any warranty documents. Contact Locke’s before arranging third-party work if you want us to assess a concern under an agreed warranty.
13. Servicing and Repairs
Servicing, inspection, repair, adjustment, cleaning, resizing, restoration and maintenance work is handled according to the item and the work required. Staff will discuss the proposed work and quote or estimate before it is authorised.
Timeframes are estimates and may change if additional issues are found. Locke’s will inform clients where possible before carrying out additional chargeable work and obtain agreement to a material increase before proceeding.
Any service warranty or limitation must be confirmed for the particular work. Items left for service or repair should be collected within the timeframe agreed after the client has been notified. If collection becomes difficult, contact the team; no automatic abandonment or disposal period is created by these terms.
14. Customisation and Alterations
Customisation, alteration, fitting, sizing, engraving, aftermarket modification and personalised work may be irreversible. Clients are responsible for confirming all details, including spelling, size, design and finish, before work begins.
Once approved work has started, customised or altered items are usually not eligible for a change-of-mind return, refund or exchange. An exception may apply where there is a fault caused by Locke’s, the work does not match the approved request, or an applicable right requires otherwise.
Discuss any effect on condition, supplied documents or voluntary warranty coverage before approving an alteration. We will not substitute a materially different design or carry out additional chargeable work without discussing it with you.
15. Appointments and Client Conduct
Locke’s expects clients to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Abusive, threatening, dishonest, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service. Any unresolved order or payment will still need to be addressed appropriately.
Appointments may be required for certain enquiries, collections, high-value viewings, private consultations, servicing or special requests. A submitted appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Wait for a member of staff to confirm the arrangements.
Missed appointments may need to be rebooked. Please contact the team if you need to cancel or change an appointment, especially where a specific piece or specialist has been arranged for you.
16. Valuations and Advice
Advice, estimates, valuations, comparisons and opinions provided by Locke’s are given in good faith using the information available at the time. Market values can change with demand, condition, rarity, brand interest, availability, provenance and wider in-game market trends.
Unless formally stated, casual estimates should not be treated as official valuations. Ask staff to confirm the purpose, scope and any charge for a formal assessment before relying on it. No future resale value, investment return or appreciation is guaranteed.
17. Client Information
Client information provided to Locke’s is used for legitimate store purposes, including enquiries, orders, appointments, collection, delivery, aftercare and related communication. Locke’s will not misuse client information or share it unnecessarily.
Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains the actual website’s account records, security, service providers, retention and privacy requests. Use appropriate in-game details for shopping and do not put passwords, recovery codes or banking credentials in an enquiry or order note.
If your contact details or collection arrangements change, tell the team so the order can be handled correctly.
18. Final Decision
Locke’s reserves the right to make the final operational decision on sales, reservations, discretionary refunds, exchanges, repairs, appointments, special orders and client requests. Decisions will be made with regard to the agreed order, the circumstances and the policies explained here.
These policies are designed to protect clients and Locke’s while maintaining a professional, trusted and high-standard service. A discretionary decision does not override a confirmed obligation, a valid refund entitlement, rights that cannot be excluded or applicable community rules. If you disagree with a decision, ask for the matter to be reviewed by the store owner.
19. Website Accounts and Security
You may browse the catalogue without an account, but online checkout requires you to sign in to Locke’s. Your Locke’s account is separate from your GTA World and Fleeca banking accounts. Keep your password and private recovery code secure and use a password you do not use elsewhere.
Provide accurate information and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorised to use. Contact the team if you suspect unauthorised account activity. Request limits and anti-spam checks may temporarily prevent an action; if you believe a check is incorrect, contact us rather than repeatedly submitting it.
Order updates are available in Your Orders. The website does not promise an email for every status change. A saved order, unread notification or collection-progress label should be read alongside staff confirmation and the verified payment status.
20. Website Content and Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit deliberately false requests, impersonate another client or exploit a technical or pricing error. Use of the store must also follow the applicable GTA World community rules.
Text, logos, photographs and other material may belong to Locke’s or their respective rights holders. Do not assume that viewing an image grants permission to republish it, claim it as your own or use it commercially. Third-party names and assets retain their respective ownership.
We aim to keep the website available, but maintenance, faults, banking interruptions or other service issues may affect access. If a fault affects an order or payment, contact the team with your order reference so it can be reviewed.
21. Order Problems, Cancellations and Unfulfilled Orders
Contact Locke’s as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Include your order number and explain the request. Changes depend on the item, whether sourcing or work has begun, and any conditions agreed before confirmation. Do not assume a requested change has been accepted until staff confirm it.
If Locke’s cannot fulfil the agreed item or service, we will discuss a suitable alternative or arrange the return of payment attributable to the unfulfilled order. You do not have to accept a materially different substitute. Any proposal to retain part of a deposit must be explained by reference to agreed work or commitments and any applicable rights.
Approved refunds are arranged by staff through an agreed in-game payment method; the customer order page does not currently provide an automatic refund button. Report a suspected duplicate payment before making another attempt. Keep the order reference and relevant bank confirmation so the team can reconcile the records.
If a concern remains unresolved, ask for review by the store owner. In-character business disputes and out-of-character website or community issues should be raised through the appropriate channel.
22. San Andreas, Disputes and Applicable Rights
Locke’s conducts its in-character business in San Andreas, United States of America. In-character purchases and services are intended to operate within the applicable San Andreas and United States legal framework represented in GTA World, together with the community’s rules.
This statement describes the roleplay setting. It does not designate a fictional court as the forum for a real-world website or privacy dispute, or remove any real-world legal rights that apply to the person using the website. Those matters remain subject to the laws and authorities that actually apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
23. Changes to These Terms
Locke’s may update these terms as services and store arrangements change. The revision date above identifies the latest version. Please review the current terms before a new purchase or service request.
An update will not silently replace the specific price, specification, deposit conditions or work already agreed for an existing order. Any material change to that arrangement should be discussed with you, subject to requirements that must apply under applicable law or community rules.
Keep a copy of relevant order confirmations, receipts and written agreements. If you need help understanding how these terms apply to your request, contact the team before proceeding.
